Stage of 36.2 km linking Mérida with Alcuéscar, in Badajoz and Cáceres. The route passes through Embalse de Proserpina, El Carrascalejo and Aljucén. It is a long stage; if you need to, you can split it at one of the villages on the route.

Before you set off
